Shipping & Payment Policy

- We offer worldwide shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery standards of postal services. Delivery standards apply to working days in the destination and exclude the time for customs clearance. Expect a longer delivery time of an additional 3-5 days for remote areas.
- For shipments to the US, Australia (orders up to $850.00 excluding shipping costs), Canada (orders up to $18.00 excluding shipping costs), UK (orders up to $20.00 excluding shipping costs), and EU countries (orders up to $300.00 excluding shipping costs shipped via standard shipping method), there will be no import tax and custom duty issues.
- For all other international shipments and conditions, recipients are responsible for any customs duty or taxes imposed by that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery, if any.

- If your order cannot be delivered to you due to reasons such as failure to settle the required tax or tariff payment, or refusal to settle the tax or tariff, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or refund for your order.
